-Well-versed in security policy planning, BCP improvement, and data center consolidation.

What motivated you to enter the company?

1. Appreciation of my experience
While my career spans multiple industries, I've also faced many failures and challenges in each project.
During the recruitment interviews, the company highly valued these experiences.
Therefore, I thought I could contribute to the company's growth by utilizing my experiences of failures and challenges.
2. Realization of work-life balance
In my private life, I volunteer as a coach for a local youth baseball team.
I provide developmental guidance (behavior, verbal communication, emotional development) to children through baseball.
This is as important to me as my work.
The company supported this activity during the interview, and I joined Vision Consulting, which fully promotes work-life balance.

What is your current job?

I'm working as a PMO in an infrastructure building project for digital assets for a financial company.
We're using public cloud IaaS and PaaS environments as a foundation, integrating with blockchain.
In this role, I'm maximizing the benefits of cloud computing to meet project objectives while identifying and addressing any disadvantages.
This experience is enhancing my knowledge of FinTech, project management, and public cloud utilization in terms of QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery).
