What motivated you to enter the company?

The deciding factor was the people. I have worked at several companies in the past, including business corporations, major consulting firms, and startup consulting firms. I believe that the employees who handle recruitment reflect the "character" of the company.
When compared to other companies that offered me positions, the appeal of the people at Vision Consulting stood out the most.

What is your current job?

Currently, I am participating in a new system implementation project for smartphones, in collaboration with government agencies, major foreign IT companies, and consulting firms.
I am primarily focused on business improvement as an assistant to the customer's section manager, with the goal of launching the system next spring. Specifically, I support the efficient execution of the project through team building, task, and issue management.
This project is extremely large in scale and will have a significant impact on the public. Many stakeholders, including other consulting firms, system integrators, and system vendors, are involved.
In this environment, I have been given the valuable opportunity to promote business improvements in a responsible position as an assistant to the section manager, allowing me to grow while leveraging my strengths.

What are Vision Consulting's strengths?

1. Low rate of assignment mismatches
In many firms, the focus is on reducing the availability rate, which often leads to overambitious assignments that result in early departures.
At Vision Consulting, we thoroughly conduct internal and client interviews before assigning people to projects, and we have established a support system to prepare for these assignments. As a result, mismatches after joining a project are much less likely to occur.
2. Many employees have a strong focus on working productively
As evidenced by our ""Platinum Certification"" as a ""white company"", we actively work to prevent excessive overtime for consultants.
This is possible because each consultant in the field has a high level of awareness and delivers significant results in a short amount of time. I believe this is also one of the firm's key strengths.

For Job Seekers.

Our company welcomes a diverse range of individuals, from their 20s to their 50s, joining us. Many of them have no prior consulting experience, yet they are able to deliver results early on.
At another consulting firm where I joined with no prior consulting experience, the environment was tough—those who couldn't keep up were simply left behind, to say the least. It required an extremely difficult catch-up process.
Challenging yet rewarding work awaits you. I look forward to working with you all.
