- Graduated from the University of Tokyo, and joined Vision Consulting in 2024.
- Currently, I am involved as a consultant in a multi-billion yen project for a major broadcasting company, working on PMO tasks.

What motivated you to enter the company?

The company sets the goal of becoming the most valuable company in the world, and I felt that it was an environment where I could grow quickly.
The company has well-established educational systems, such as training and counselors, so even as a fresh graduate, I felt I could join the field and contribute by utilizing my skills.
Additionally, during the interview, I heard about the frameworks recommended within the company, and I was convinced that by practicing these, I could grow.

What is your current job?

Currently, I am working as a consultant on a project for building the information network infrastructure of a company, engaging in PMO tasks. Specifically, I am responsible for creating common rules and formats for vendors and compiling project information.
Being able to participate in large-scale projects from my first year has broadened my perspective.
As I learn many new things, I also feel that the amount of work assigned to me is gradually increasing, and I can sense my growth.

There is a well-developed environment for supporting fresh graduate members.
Training is available, ranging from basics for working professionals to practical knowledge for consultants and even cutting-edge technology.
Additionally, apart from projects, senior members also act as counselors, making it easy to consult about personal challenges or concerns.
