- Graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor's in Business Economics, and joined Vision Consulting in August 2021.
- Achieved the highest results in "recruitment decisions among peers" during the internship and was appointed as the head of global recruitment in the first year after joining the company.
- Later, transferred to global sales. Led the development of strategies and negotiations for acquiring new clients in the United States and Australia.

What motivated you to enter the company?

There are two main reasons: "scope of discretion" and "an environment where I can thrive internationally." These were the core of my job search criteria.

1.Scope of Discretion
I was attracted by the environment where I could be involved in management with discretion from the first year of employment and decided to join the company. To achieve my future goal (starting a business in the US), I needed to learn management as quickly as possible, and discretion was essential. Vision Consulting provided the optimal environment for me to gain rapid and extensive experience in management.

2.An Environment to Thrive Internationally
While job offers from foreign companies and major companies' overseas departments were also appealing, I chose Vision Consulting for the faster opportunity to excel internationally. I wanted to utilize the language skills and international perspective gained from five years of studying abroad in my work, and Vision Consulting offered an environment where this was possible from the first year.

What is your current job?

1.Developing/Expanding Overseas Clients
I am involved in planning and customer negotiations for acquiring new clients in regions where we already have branches. I handle policy formulation and customer negotiations in English, carrying out a series of sales activities for the expansion of Vision Consulting’s overseas presence.

2.English Interviews for Consultants
I am responsible for conducting "English interviews" to assess consulting skills and English proficiency when proposing consultants for projects requiring English. I consistently play a crucial role in setting the passing criteria and making pass/fail decisions.

3.Sales for Foreign Global Clients
I conduct sales activities to acquire large-scale projects for consultants, primarily targeting foreign global companies. Since interaction with foreign clients are necessary, I utilize my English skills for communication and negotiation.

My achievements during my internship were recognized, and I was appointed as the head of global recruitment in my first year after joining the company. The environment allows you to advance based on performance and ability rather than seniority, so the harder you work, the more you are evaluated and promoted. As you move up, the tasks become more challenging, but this also leads to greater learning and experience, allowing me to feel my growth.
