- Enrolled in the Faculty of Law, Department of Legal Studies at Chuo University as a scholarship student and graduated.
- Currently part of the Human Resources and Labor Department, participating in a project aimed at reducing employee overtime.

What motivated you to enter the company?

There are two main reasons.

The first is the growth environment.
Vision Consulting has many employees who possess a growth speed and upward ambition not found in other companies. I want to aim for high goals and consistently achieve them in a competitive environment. Therefore, I believe that contributing to the company’s growth and improving customer satisfaction alongside my own growth will further motivate to achieve my professional goals.
During my student years, I successfully balanced a career in the entertainment industry with my studies, consistently setting and achieving ambitious goals. That is why I chose to join Vision Consulting, where I can work in an environment that constantly demands growth.

The second reason is the opportunity to take on challenges.
I have a goal of utilizing the international perspective I developed during my studies in the United States to work as the head of an overseas branch. To achieve this, I am first learning about company management from the HR side. Our company(Vision Consulting)offers a wide range of business activities and provides one-stop services from strategy to execution, allowing me to acquire broad knowledge and leverage different expertise and perspectives in cross-functional projects.

These are the motivations behind my decision to join the company, and I believe that in such an environment, I can further develop my abilities and gain extensive experience both domestically and internationally.

What is your current job?

I am involved in overall labor management, particularly in attendance management and the reform of HR operations.
Attendance management plays a crucial role in protecting both employees and the company from the perspectives of health management and legal compliance.
Additionally, this work is directly connected to our mission of "eliminating the culture of long working hours in the consulting industry." Rather than merely managing employees’ work hours, we are fully committed to reducing excessive overtime.

As for the reform of HR operations, I handle a wide range of tasks from collecting detailed data and preparing materials to executing the operations. I approach this with the belief of "making our company a more comfortable place to work for every consultant."

What are Vision Consulting's strengths?

The overwhelming growth speed of our employees.
Since my first year, I have been working directly under the executives, constantly learning many things.
Being able to closely observe their work ethics and recognizing areas for my improvement in such a unique environment is truly beneficial for my career growth.
